Steakhouse Style Creamed Spinach

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Squeeze out excess liquid from thawed spinach
  2. Saute the shallot in olive oil a minute or two over med-high heat
  3. Add spinach and stir to heat
  4. Add cream and Boursin.
  5. Cook and stir about 3 minutes or until cheese is reduced and mixture is thick
  6. Season to taste
