Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Start the grill.
  2. Mix the dressing ingredients in a shaker.
  3. Season both sides of the chicken with rotisserie seasoning and begin grilling.
  4. Assemble mixture of romaine and spinach on individual plates.
  5. Top with slices strawberries.
  6. On top of strawberries, place a small pile of goat cheese crumbles.
  7. In saute pan, toast pine nuts (keep them moving- they toast fast!).
  8. Scatter pine nuts on each salad.
  9. Once chicken is cooked through, slice and place on top of goat cheese.
  10. Add dressing.
  11. Enjoy!
