Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Boil all ingredients except potstickers together on medium heat in a medium sized sauce pan until rice is tender.
  2. 2. Add potstickers and the spinach and return to boil for three minutes. Don't let potstickers overcook - the stew is ready when potstickers are soft.
