  1. Spicy cream cheese: In a bowl, blend all the ingredients with a fork. Season with salt. Keep refrigerated.
  2. Chicken salad: In a bowl, combine the avocado and lime juice. Add the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Keep refrigerated.
  3. Assembly: Cut the bagels in half horizontally. Spread with the spicy cream cheese. Add two bell pepper slices and a lettuce leaf on one side. Top with the chicken salad. Close the sandwich.
  4. Freezes well.
