Ingredients:

  • 5 oz salmon
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 cup of white cabbage
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Marinade salmon in soy and honey for an hour if possible, cook in a hot oven for 12 - 15 mins
  2. Stir dry the veg, add beansprouts and tip in any excess of the sauce from the salmon, personally i flake the salmon into the stir fry then enjoy
