Directions:

  1. Cook bacon, garlic,chilies and oil on med/low heat for 15 minutes.
  2. Simultaneously boil pasta.
  3. Beat eggs with cheese.
  4. Timing is important.
  5. Drain pasta and quickly toss with garlic mixture and the egg/cheese mixture.
  6. Serve immediately with freshly ground pepper.
