Quick and yummy Ingredients:
4 ounces bacon (or more) |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
3 tablespoons olive oil (optional) |
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, careful |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated |
1 lb spaghetti |
pepper, freshly ground |
Directions:
1. Cook bacon, garlic,chilies and oil on med/low heat for 15 minutes. 2. Simultaneously boil pasta. 3. Beat eggs with cheese. 4. Timing is important. 5. Drain pasta and quickly toss with garlic mixture and the egg/cheese mixture. 6. Serve immediately with freshly ground pepper. |
