Soy Sauce Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar , packed
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Pour over beef or pork and marinate 8 hours or overnight.
  3. Grill or broil meat.
  4. Leftover marinade should be discarded.
