Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4-1/3 cup splenda granular
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 5 -8 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Dump in blender and blend til smooth.
