I needed to use up some leftover pumpkin after I made my Everything Breakfast Bars and this is what I came up with. Amounts are guesstimates. Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned pumpkin |
1/3 cup applesauce |
1 small banana, frozen |
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt |
1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4-1/3 cup splenda granular |
1 pinch cinnamon |
5 -8 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Dump in blender and blend til smooth. |
