I needed to use up some leftover pumpkin after I made my Everything Breakfast Bars and this is what I came up with. Amounts are guesstimates.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/3 cup applesauce
1 small banana, frozen
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4-1/3 cup splenda granular
1 pinch cinnamon
5 -8 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Dump in blender and blend til smooth.
