Slow Cooker Potato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium potatoes, diced
  • 3 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 6 cups water
  • 4 chicken bouilon cupes, or 1 tab of granules,or equivalent chicken base
  • 1 tea parsly flakes
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. In slow cooker, combine potatoes, carrots, celery, onion and water.chicken bouilon or base, and parsley flakes.
  2. Cook 4 to 6 hours on high or 8 to 10 hours on low.
  3. 30 to 40 minutes before soup is done (20 mins if cooking on high add evaporated milk and butter.
  4. Enjoy with French Bread
