Simply Awesome Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 flour
  • 4 tsp. baking power
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbp. oil
  • handful chocolate chops (optional) (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Stir together dry ingredients (flour, baking power, salt, and sugar).
  2. Make a well in the center and pour in wet ingredients, mix together. Make sure it is blended well, no one likes clumps!
  3. Heat lightly oiled griddle or frying pan on medium heat. Pour or scoop batter unto griddle. Cook until golden on each side.
  4. Top with some soft butter, syrup, or fruit. Serve hot.
