Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Defrost Spinach and remove as much water as possible.
  3. Brown of Ground Beef in frying pan.
  4. Dice Onions and Garlic and add to Beef.
  5. Roughly chop Spinach and add to Beef.
  6. Add Basil, Oregano and Pepper to the Beef.
  7. Add 1 jar (24 oz) to the Beef.
  8. Mix together the Ricotta Cheese and the Cottage Cheese.
  9. Layer your baking pan, Beginning with Lasagna, then 1/4 Cheese mixture, and 1/4 Meat Sauce, repeat, ending with final layer of Lasagna Noodles.
  10. Mix together the Beef OXO and water with the final half jar of Tomato Sauce.
  11. Slowly pour this mixture over the top of the Lasagna layers.
  12. Bake for about 45 minutes.
  13. Sprinkle the Parmesan and Mozzarella Cheese over top and Bake for another 30 Minutes.
