Ingredients:

  • 28 oz beans (i16044)
  • 28 oz tomatoes (i11693)
  • 1 3/5 lb beef roast (i13034)
  • 1 tbsp safflower oil (i4511)

Directions:

  1. Heat the safflower oil in a large non-stick pan
  2. Add onions and cook until transparent
  3. Add pieces of beef and brown
  4. Put beans and tomatoes in crock pot
  5. Add onions & beef
  6. Stir well
  7. Season to taste
  8. Cook 7 hours
