Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and devein shrimp.
  2. In a large pot, bring 8 cups of water to a boil.
  3. Add shrimp and cook 3-5 minutes or unti shrimp turn pink; drain.
  4. Rinse with cold water and drain.
  5. Set aside 36 shrimp and keep in refrigerator.
  6. Chop remaining shrimp.
  7. In a large bowl, mix together shrimp, cheese and next 6 ingredients.
  8. Spoon about 1 tablespoon onto each baguette slice and place on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and top each toast with a reserved shrimp.
  11. Serve.
