Ingredients:

  • 2 lb shrimp
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1/8 cup basil
  • 1/8 cup parsley
  • 1/8 cup yellow onion
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice

Directions:

  1. Mix all in container, until evenly spread.
  2. Soak for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Skewer 3 to a skewer, grill until cooked.
