Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in pan
  2. Add sliced onions and garlic
  3. Cook over medium heat until onions half tender
  4. Add shrimp and sautee until cooked
  5. Do not overcook
