Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes then drain well and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat margarine in frying pan and add the sweet potatoes.
  3. Toss over moderate heat until potatoes are covered with margarine.
  4. Add orange rind, juice, sugar and herbs.
  5. Heat stirring and tossing then serve immediately.
