Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in frying pan over med heat.
  2. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add green onions, celery, and red peppers, continue cooking for 4 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Incorporate chicken stock and simmer 2 minutes over low heat.
  6. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water, stir into mixture and bring to a boil for 1 minute.
  7. Pour sauce over hot pasta, sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Serve while hot.
