Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grind oats and cereal into flour, mix with dry ingredients.
  2. Add in eggs, peanut butter, mashed banana, and milk. I actually use 2 tbsp of a peanut butter substitute, but it isn't in the index.
  3. Place into non-stick pan, bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes (or until golden brown).
  4. Cut into bars, wrap, and refrigerate.
