1 cup rolled oats |
1 cup fiber one cereal |
5 scoops whey protein powder |
1/3 cup splenda no calorie |
1 tbsp peanut butter, creamy |
1/2 cup egg substitute |
1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened |
1/4 cup baking cocoa powder |
6 tbsp skim milk |
Directions:
1. Grind oats and cereal into flour, mix with dry ingredients. 2. Add in eggs, peanut butter, mashed banana, and milk. I actually use 2 tbsp of a peanut butter substitute, but it isn't in the index. 3. Place into non-stick pan, bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes (or until golden brown). 4. Cut into bars, wrap, and refrigerate. |
