Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In medium pot heat oil.saute' onions,garlicand sweet peppers for 5 mins.
  2. Add pumpkin,ochroes and prepared saltfish ans cook for another 5 mins.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil .
  4. Cover and reduce heat to a simmer for 25 mins or until rice in tender ..
  5. Enjoy!!!!
