  1. Cut all veggies
  2. Place in shallow pan,cookie sheet
  3. In a dish add oil,vineager,basil,garlic,salt/pepper in a dish mix well
  4. Pour over veggies
  5. Cook at 450 for 25 min ,place pan in the bottom of oven .
