Roasted Chickpea Poppers

Ingredients:

  • 4 sprays nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp finely minced garlic

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Dry chickpeas with a paper towel.
  3. Toss chickpeas with seasonings and oil.
  4. Spray a cookie sheet with the cooking spray.
  5. Roast chickpeas 35-40 minutes until they have shrunk slightly and are golden brown.
