Ingredients:

  • 6 medium red potatoes
  • 2 cups kale
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese

Directions:

  1. Steam veggies. Add remaining ingredients after steaming. Stir. Goes well with meat.
