Ingredients:

  • 1 cup scd yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 3 toes garlic (minced( i put through a garlic press)
  • 1/2 tsp pulverized onion (or 1/4 teas onion powder)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in order, beating as you add.
