Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut eggs lengthwise, scoop out yolks, place in bowl.
  2. Add onion and sweet or dill pickle relish.
  3. Add mayonnaise to bind, plus salt.
  4. Mix well and finally add a pinch of cayenne- go easy!
  5. Cover and refrigerate until time to eat.
