1 cup scd yogurt |
3 tablespoons honey |
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley |
1 teaspoon dried chives |
3 toes garlic (minced( i put through a garlic press) |
1/2 teaspoon pulverized onion (or 1/4 teas onion powder) |
1 cup homemade mayonnaise |
salt |
ground cayenne pepper or hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in order, beating as you add. |
