Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Measure all ingredients carefully,,,,,not “rounded” teaspoons etc.
  2. Dump all ingredients into a blender or food processor ( I use the Vita-Mix) and blend until fine powdered.) You will get about 1 1/2 to 2 cups of mix.
  3. Store mix in freezer, with a note on it about how to use, as below:.
  4. TO USE: The day before serving….
  5. Mix:.
  6. 1 level tablespoon measure of the spice mix.
  7. 1 cup of mayo
  8. 1 cup of buttermilk. ***** NOTE********(use sour cream instead of buttermilk if you are making dip)
  9. Whisk all thoroughly and store in frig.
