Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 potatoes , 3-4
  • 1 tbsp salt , 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp pepper , 1 tbsp
  • 1 tsp soya sauce , 1 tsp
  • 4 -5 slices bread , slices 4-5 (for 1 way)
  • 100 g flour , 100 g
  • 100 g cornflour , 100g
  • 1 cup water , 1 cup (all last three ingredients are for second way)

Directions:

  1. First way:.
  2. Peel and boil the potatoes.
  3. Then mash them with a potato masher.
  4. Add salt and pepper to it.
  5. Mix and add soya sauce.
  6. Put mixture on bread slices.
  7. Roll and deep fry.
  8. Second way:.
  9. Follow all first four instructions .
  10. In a bowl,combine flour,cornflour and water.
  11. Knead the dough and make flat patties.
  12. Put mixture on it .
  13. Roll and deep fry.
