Potato and Feta Cheese Mouthfulls

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes in skin in lightly salted water about 25 minutes.
  2. Drain, cool, and remove peels.
  3. Place potatoes in bowl and mash.
  4. Add cheese, onion, dill, egg, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir well, cover and chill until firm.
  5. Divide into walnut size balls. Flatten slightly.
  6. Dredge with flour.
  7. Heat oil in fry pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Serve hot.
