  • 300 ml 1% low-fat milk

Directions:

  1. Place the porridge oats into a saucepan.
  2. Add the milk.
  3. Place onto stove on medium heat.
  4. Stir occasionally.
  5. When boiled, take off heat.
  6. Mash the banana and serve on top.
