Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup 2% low-fat milk
  • 1 large banana

Directions:

  1. Put yogurt and milk in blender.
  2. Break banana into pieces and put in blender blend for 1/2 minute.
  3. Pour into glass
  4. Enjoy!
