Me and my mum make this every morningbecuase its so quick and simple! It is so low in fat and yet tastes so creamy! Additionally it releases energy so slowly, keeping you going for ages!
Ingredients:
50 g porridge oats
300 ml 1% low-fat milk
1 banana
Directions:
1. Place the porridge oats into a saucepan.
2. Add the milk.
3. Place onto stove on medium heat.
4. Stir occasionally.
5. When boiled, take off heat.
6. Mash the banana and serve on top.
