Pork Grilled With Seasoned Salt

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Coat both sides of pork chops with salt.
  2. Marinate for 20 minutes unrefrigerated.
  3. Preheat grill to high.
  4. Place chops on grill then lower heat to medium and close lid.
  5. Grill pork chops for 4 minutes on each side.
  6. Check with a meat thermometer it should be.
  7. Rare Medium (145°) Well (170°).
  8. Let rest 10 minutes.
