Poor Mans Chili

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 oz. packet chili seasoning (i used williams no salt added tonite)
  • water-fill empty seasoning packet twice.
  • 3 tsp chopped onion flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 or 5 cans pork and beans
  • 1/2 to 1 cup ketchup (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef, drain if you like...I don't usually if it's not too much.
  2. Add chili seasoning, water, onion flakes and salt. Boil down til thickened. About 5 mins.
  3. Add pork and beans, ketchup and tomato sauce.
  4. Simmer 1 hour.
