Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In small glass bowl, beat eggs See Photo. Add Italian herbs and pesto and mix well.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In larger bowl, combine remaining ingredients. See Photo
  4. Add egg mixture and combine well.
  5. Spoon mixture onto baking stone, cast iron, or prepared cookie sheet. (I suggest using a small cookie scoop and packing full) See Photo
  6. Bake at 450 for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown and heated through. See Photo
