Philly Cheesesteak Lettuce Cups

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice steak into thin strips.
  2. Coat medium pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Add mushrooms and onions; cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions are slightly browned.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Remove pan from heat and re-coat with nonstick spray.
  6. Cook steak strips over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Break cheese slice into small strips.
  8. Place cheese on top of meat, still in the pan, and continue to cook until cheese melts.
  9. Remove from heat; mix beef strips with veggies.
  10. Serve in lettuce leaves.
