Ingredients:

  • 4 slices bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp butter

Directions:

  1. Using your favorite cookie cutter, cut a shape out of the center of the bread.
  2. Break each egg into a separate bowl.
  3. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Fry the bread on one side until it is golden brown, then flip it
  4. Pour 1 egg into the center of the bread, cover the pan and cook over low heat until each egg is done.
