Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix flour with bread crumbs in a bag
  2. Butterfly the chicken breast (too make it super thin) and then put it between plastic wrap and pound on it with the edge of a bottle (i use an old mini wine bottle that serves no other purpose, coat the chicken
  3. Melt the butter with the oil
  4. Fry up.
