Oven Baked Carrot Fries

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb carrots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
  • pinch of pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut carrots in half crosswise, then cut lengthwise, then cut lengthwise again.
  2. In a mixing bowl , combine the carrot sticks, olive oi, dill, salt and pepper.
  3. Stir until all are evenly coated.
  4. Place carrots on a baking sheet, spreading sticks out as much as possible.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until carrots are tender .
  6. Serve hot.
