Only the Best Broccoli and Cheese Casserole Ever!:)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray a casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  3. Combine cooked broccoli, egg, onion, cheese, mayo,sour cream, ***and salt and pepper to taste. (I add the egg last so that I can see if it needs seasoning).
  4. Make sure the mixture is a little wet , but not soupy.
  5. Pour into casserole dish.
  6. Top with ritz and pour a little oil (1 tbs or less) on top of crackers.
  7. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until top is golden brown and mixture is bubbling.
