Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornmeal
  • 2 1/2 cups finely chopped onions
  • 3/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Batter should be thick
  3. May need to add additional flour 1 Tbsp at a time
  4. Drop into hot grease. fry until golden
