Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add egg and milk.
  4. Stir just until moistened.
  5. Stir in walnuts, olives and pimentos.
  6. Pour into a well-oiled round baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove after cooling slightly for 10 minutes and turn out onto a cake rack.
  8. Slice into quarters and then slice each quarter into 4 or 5 pieces.
