Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Combine wet and dry ingredients separately first and then together, using more milk if needed to obtain pancake consistency.
  2. Cook on low heat.
