Oat-Flakes Soup

Ingredients:

  • 75 g butter
  • 100 g oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 liter stock
  • 1 tbsp chives

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter in a pot.
  2. Brown the onion and oat-flakes. It'll start to smell as nuts.
  3. Add eggs and salt and stir well.
  4. Then add the stock, stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Try it and add the salt or pepper as you wish.
  6. Don't forget to add the cutted chives at the end.
