Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a loaf pan or muffin pans.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together flour, splenda, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and oats. Addd egg whites, banana, and applesauce. Stir just until combined. Pour batter into pan.
  3. Bake 50-55 minutes for loaf or 15-20 minutes for muffins. Allow to cool before slicing.
  4. Makes 12 muffins, and 1 serving is 2 muffins.
