bananas, whole wheat flour, oats, applesauce
Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup splenda
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 egg whites
3 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup applesauce
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a loaf pan or muffin pans.
2. In a large bowl, stir together flour, splenda, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and oats. Addd egg whites, banana, and applesauce. Stir just until combined. Pour batter into pan.
3. Bake 50-55 minutes for loaf or 15-20 minutes for muffins. Allow to cool before slicing.
4. Makes 12 muffins, and 1 serving is 2 muffins.
