Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fill a buttered casserole dish with thinly sliced Vidalia onion rings.
  2. Add seasonings and soup
  3. Top with pats of butter and salad croutons.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  5. Note: I have also used (captain wafers)crackers as the topping with equal success.
