Mushrooms And Anchovies Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl of rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 spring onion , finely slicced
  • 1 tbsp of chilli paste
  • 1 tsp of oil
  • 1 tsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of oyster sauce

Directions:

  1. Heat oil, add chilli paste, stir fry until fragant
  2. Add egg, scramble until done
  3. Add mushrooms, stir fry until soft
  4. Add rice, soy sauce spring onion, soy sauce
  5. Keep stirring until all rice is coated by soy sauce and oyster sauce
